We held the opening ceremony of the Transformational Leadership Program designed to contribute to the development of our managers and senior managers working at Yıldız Holding with the participation of our Chief People and Business Support Officer, Bahattin Aydın. The participants of this six-month-long online program implemented in collaboration with MIT Sloan and Skillsoft under the Enocta-based Yıldız Academy will acquire the skills required for visionary leadership to achieve self-transformation while simultaneously transforming their team and organization. We wish our leaders success on this exciting journey they began to lead the change toward the future of work, guided by our vision of “Investing in People.”
