Zeynep Özler has assumed the role of Yıldız Holding Corporate Communications Director. Having worked in executive roles at Türkiye’s leading organizations for many years, Özler will lead the devising and execution of corporate communications strategies at Yıldız Holding and its companies.

Zeynep Özler has assumed the role of Yıldız Holding Corporate Communications Director. With her long years of experience in corporate communications and a competent team, Özler will be responsible for devising and executing up-to-date communication strategies for the Holding and its companies. She will also lead 360-degree communications, leadership communication and reputation management, media relations, sponsorships, corporate social responsibility efforts, and sustainability communication per Yıldız Holding’s strategic goals.  

Having graduated from Robert College in 1998 and Koç University Department of International Relations in 2022, Zeynep Özler completed her graduate studies in European Studies at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2003 and Political Science at Leiden University in 2005. She started her career as a Senior Researcher at The Economic Development Foundation in 2005 and assumed the role of Corporate Communications Manager at Turkcell in 2012, where she gained experience in reputation management, leadership communication, domestic and international NGOs, and global stakeholder collaborations. In 2016, Özler started working for Kale Group, where she led the Group’s leadership communication, corporate communications, and social media processes and implemented strategic corporate communications projects.

As of May 2, 2023, her experience in the communications sector brought her to the role of Yıldız Holding Corporate Communications Director. In addition to her professional life, Zeynep Özler writes columns on social entrepreneurship, sustainability, and art in the industry’s leading platforms and prepares radio shows.
