Yıldız Holding, committed to contributing to society by supporting art and artists in the regions it operates, keeps the doors of its exhibition, “Talking Scripts,” open to visitors at its exhibition hall in its headquarters in Çamlıca throughout this Ramadan.
Curated by Mustafa Cemil Efe, the Talking Scripts exhibition features many valuable calligraphy works, including verses for protection, against the evil eye, as well as prayers and invocations for art enthusiasts to see.
Ali Ülker: “Talking Scripts offers valuable clues regarding our common culture.”
Remarking they greeted this year’s holy month of Ramadan with a heavy heart after the devastating earthquake disaster in Türkiye, Yıldız Holding Chair Ali Ülker highlighted the fact that the severe grief reminds us that we are all connected through deep roots as the citizens of this country. Noting that the artworks featured in the Talking Scripts exhibition bear messages about this culture, Ali Ülker said: “The many exquisite works featured in the exhibition offer valuable clues regarding the tradition of faith, perseverance, and solidarity in this land, which experienced great pain and grief in the past as well. We look forward to hosting everyone wishing to trace this tradition, which reminds us we should never ‘give up hope on Allah’s mercy’ no matter how deep our sorrow may be, at Yıldız Holding Exhibition Hall in Ramadan.”
The Talking Scripts exhibition is open to visitors between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. every day.
